Federal contractors have many posters and notices that must be accessible to employees on the worksite, employee handbooks and/or some type of internal company portal.
This article addresses posters and notices federal contractor must make accessible to applicants, ideally on their careers site or on individual job postings. Most federal contractors simply provide a link to each poster and notice on their careers site.
Below are the required posters and notices with a link to each:
- Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law poster
- "EEO is the Law" Poster Supplement
- Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Provision poster
- All three of these OFCCP posters can be found HERE
If your organization participates in E-Verify, the below posters also need to be accessible to applicants:
- This Organization Participates in E-Verify poster
- Right to Work poster
- These two posters can be found HERE
In addition, your careers site or individual job postings should include a contact in case an applicant needs a reasonable accommodation to complete an application because of a disability.
Sample language: If you need an accommodation seeking employment with [your company name], please email xxxxxx@yourcompany.com or call (XXX) XXX-XXX. Accommodations are made on a case-by-case basis.
